I’m a Purdue University graduate, with a Sales and Sales Management degree, and I've been in the automotive industry since 2002. As a Porsche enthusiast, I decided to join Napleton Porsche in the fall of 2006, where I have worked as a Certified Porsche Sales Professional ever since. Outside of the dealership, I like to spend time with my two amazing daughters. I also like to travel during downtime. Ask for me, I speak Polish!

About

First and foremost, I have been an auto enthusiast since I was around seven years old when I used to read Road & Track magazine. My love affair first started with Porsche when I got a poster on my wall of a Porsche 944. From there, I attended Lewis University and majored in Aviation. When the opportunity at Napleton Porsche presented itself, it became a no brainer for me. I also love meeting new people and fellow enthusiasts, so the opportunity to combine the two came naturally to me, with Porsche's rich history in motorsport and reputation for building some of the greatest sports cars in history. I believe walking into a Porsche dealership should be an experience like no other. I hope my passion for the brand and genuine love for people will help me provide that same level of enthusiasm for my customers. Helping someone find the car of their dreams is a gratifying experience, and I hope I can provide that for everyone who walks through our showroom.

Like most who have found themselves in this field, I discovered long ago that I had a passion for automobiles. Some like the domestic brands, or even prefer imports from Japan; however, I have always been drawn to the German manufacturers. Due to this passion for German automobiles, I found myself working in the auto industry. Luckily, I was asked to join the fantastic staff here at Napleton's Porsche of Westmont. I feel you should be allowed to spend your money on the vehicle you want most, and within your own time frame. My job is to make your buying experience as smooth and easy as possible. That’s why my goals for every customer during their visit are simple: 1.) Ensure that you have good time during your shopping experience. 2.) Help you find a vehicle that you are going to love. 3.) Make sure the budgeting makes sense for you, and 4.) Make it all EASY! If I can help you accomplish those simple objectives, well then, I've done my job!

After graduating from Western Michigan University with a B.S. in Economics and postgraduate studies in Applied Mathematics, my passion for sports cars and Porsche led me to the auto industry. After 24 years of starting and running successful collision centers, I sold my company. With the freedom of choice for my career path, I once again choose Porsche. As a certified Porsche Sales Associate, I am truly following my passion as a career path. Thanks to Jeff Witham and the Westmont Porsche management staff for affording me the opportunity to be part of the Porsche and the Napleton team. I strive to help the dealership grow while exceeding the expectations of our customers and the community we serve.

Hi! I'm Paul, a Chicagoland native and Porsche Enthusiast turned Porsche product expert. As a 911 owner long before working as the Porsche Pro for Napleton Westmont, I'm excited to share the features and instructions of these vehicles with others. I remember when I was a kid, my uncle took me to the city, and I saw a Porsche pass by for the first time. It was an older 911 with the ducktail spoiler, but I had no idea what it was back then. It caught my attention with its unique appearance: the headlights, the body style, and the rear end. Since then, it is always on my mind whenever a Porsche passes by. That built my love for the Porsche brand, and being with the Napleton team representing these vehicles is an honor! If I am not providing excellent customer service at the dealership, I enjoy spending my free time doing activities related to movies, culture, and real-life experiences. I just started traveling last year, and Tulum has been my favorite destination. The environment, culture, and nightlife are the best aspects of the vacation. Playing soccer and watching basketball is what I enjoy, especially when LeBron and Messi are playing. I also try to keep up with football, although I don't watch many sports. Self-development and providing valuable service are my top passions in the auto world. I bring a professional and positive attitude and never judge others while keeping an open mind. I pay attention to customer's wants and needs and look for alternative solutions to their problems. I aim to make a friend before I start selling!

Hello! I’m Szymon Kowalczyk, and I grew up in Poland before moving to the Metro Chicagoland area. One of my skills includes being bilingual, speaking Polish as a second language. I am all about fitness and enjoy working out at the gym. I come from a family that works in the auto industry, from technicians to service center managers and sales consultants, and that is where I got my passion for the business. I joined the Napleton dealership at the beginning of 2021, but my automotive career began in 2001. Customers can relate to me because I treat everyone with fairness and respect. I get to know my guests and build excellent working relationships, which is why clients come back to me for service and refer friends and family. I am proud to say I have lived in beautiful countries; I then migrated to Ontario, Canada, and the United States. Hi! I’m Victor Najjar, a Napleton Westmont Porsche team service advisor! I grew up in Des Plaines, IL, and graduated from Elk Grove High School, continuing my education in Mahwah, NJ, at Lincoln Technical Institute. I am a certified technician, so I have excellent knowledge of the technical side of mechanics when it comes to cars. During four of the past five years, I have been a BMW Profiles in Achievement winner. Bringing my empathy, friendliness, transparency, and 15 years of auto experience to the dealership feels excellent. Getting vehicles fixed for customers is what I love assisting with, and that begins with listening thoroughly. The objective is to drill down the issue so I can provide the best automotive solutions. My wife, Kayla, and I have been married for 13 years and counting. I am the proud father of five children, ages 11 to 4 (three boys and two twin girls). If volleyball and football are up, I am taking in a game. A true fan of the New England Patriots this way. Traveling is another interest, with Spain, Jerusalem, the Azore Islands, and Mexico being incredible trips I have taken so far. One of my other passions is taking things apart and rebuilding them. Treating people with kindness and putting a smile on their faces is my motto. Throughout the last 8 years, I have built good relationships with my customers and colleagues in the auto industry, and my goal is to keep it going! Being myself is one of the reasons that people enjoy working with me; I am truly a genuine person who tries to help others achieve their goals. Cars are one of my true passions, so to be able to share the knowledge with like-minded individuals is great. Porsche is one of the best brands in the industry, and it’s a brand that promotes the “car geek” in us all. My first job was as a car mechanic, so I have always worked with cars. My dad and I once built a 1967 Mustang from the frame up, with the help of a family friend. My other hobbies include watching sports, especially Chicago sports. However, I always take the Cubs over the Sox (sorry). My favorite sports team is Everton FC (a soccer team in England).
